This workshop will explore how trauma-informed care principles can be applied in supervisory practices to drive connection and support the well-being of supervisees. We will delve into the core values of trauma-informed care and their application in various service settings. Presenter Bio:

Terrence Lovejoy, LCSW, LCAC, is Assistant Director of Adoption for Firefly Children & Family Alliance.  He provides private adoption home study and placement services including international adoption, relative adoption (stepparent/grandparent/other), or domestic infant for families who have an agency that will do the match. He serves clients across the state of Indiana.
