Indiana’s new Youth Worker Well-Being Project is leading the charge in prioritizing youth worker well-being by providing resources and direct support to those who care for our youth. Join us to learn more about this innovative initiative serving Indiana youth workers.
Learning objectives:
- Participants will learn about the success and impact of the Youth Worker Well-Being Project so far.
- Participants will find out how Youth Worker Well-Being Project resources can support their organization's goals in creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion and supports youth workers through a trauma-informed environment.
- Participant will be able to explore details on eligibility, applications, and timelines.
Presenter Bios:
Becky Reich, Director of Quality, Youth Worker Well-Being
Becky supports Indiana youth workers by implementing programs to improve well-being through access to healthcare, increased workplace equity, and leadership opportunities. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Purdue University and holds certifications in various training, quality, workplace, humanitarian, and equity concepts.
Cassie Wade, Vice President, Youth Worker Well-Being
Cassie holds a master’s in public administration from Ball State University. With 18 years of human service experience, she has provided visionary leadership in diverse realms, including early childhood education, out-of-school time, child abuse and neglect prevention, and intervention. Cassie is an unwavering advocate for intersectional justice and equality.
